Pall Ultipleat replacement: 60" glass-fiber element for refinery gas oil
R+F FilterElements is an independent supplier of compatible replacement elements and housings. "Pall Ultipleat" is named solely to identify the original part replaced; this is not an original product of that manufacturer.

Situation
A refinery filters gas oil pooled from several upstream units at 80–95 °C and 700–800 kPa. The task was a compatible replacement element for the existing Pall Ultipleat housings that withstands the temperature and viscosity of the fluid over the full service life.
Solution
We supplied 320 compatible 60" replacement elements with glass-fiber media and Buna-N gaskets, rated up to 250 °C. They drop into the existing housings without modification and retain particles and suspended solids from the gas oil until the operator changes out at approx. 180 kPa differential.
