The Parker Fulflo MegaFlow is a multi-cartridge high-flow vessel for 6" high-flow cartridges (1–19 per vessel), available in carbon steel, 304L and 316L, rated 150 or 300 psi and built to ASME code. R+F FilterElements supplies dimensionally compatible replacement service elements for MegaFlow vessels; a compatible replacement vessel can be quoted on request after technical review.
3M High Flow Series Vessel

The 3M High Flow Series comprises fixed model families 01HF / 03HF / 05HF / 07HF (1/3/5/7 cartridges) in 40" and 60" lengths, with wetted parts in 316/316L, rated 10 bar at 121 °C and certified to PED, ATEX and ASME VIII. The Pentair Aqualine range uses fixed 8" FRP high-flow vessels — 80AQ15-60 (non-coded, drawing 200222 / ASME-coded 200279) and 80CF30-60 (300 psi) — for 60" pleated PP cartridges. R+F FilterElements supplies compatible replacement service elements (ALN01/05/10/20-60B equivalents) for Aqualine vessels; a compatible replacement vessel can be quoted on request after technical review, built to specification by our manufacturing partners.
Pall Ultipleat High Flow Vessel

The Pall Ultipleat High Flow vessel (UHFS / EWHF, not to be confused with the Ultipleat SRT hydraulic line) houses 6" OD HFU high-flow elements in 20/40/60" lengths with clamp or DIN connections. Because Pall offers a very large option matrix, the exact vessel part number should be confirmed against Pall documentation. R+F FilterElements supplies compatible replacement HFU service elements for Ultipleat High Flow vessels; a compatible replacement vessel can be quoted on request after technical review, built to specification by our manufacturing partners.
Materials & construction
High-flow housings are built around the duty: the wetted metal, seals and connections are matched to the medium, temperature and pressure of your process. These are the construction choices we specify with you.
Stainless steel grades
Shells and internals in 304 / 304L for general water duties, or 316 / 316L where chlorides, aggressive media or hygienic requirements apply.
Seals & gaskets
EPDM, FKM/Viton or PTFE-based seals selected for the operating temperature and chemical compatibility of the medium.
Connections & ports
Flanged (EN / ASME), threaded or clamp connections sized to the line and the required flow, with vent and drain ports.
Pressure rating
Wall thickness and design pressure specified for the service; higher-pressure duties designed to the relevant pressure-equipment rules.
Standards & documentation
Where your project requires it, housings are supplied with pressure-equipment conformity and material documentation. We coordinate the required certification with the order.
PED 2014/68/EU (CE)
Pressure-equipment conformity for European service where the housing falls within the directive.

How to choose the right housing
The housing follows from the duty: flow rate, number and length of cartridges, connection size, material and pressure rating. Work through it step by step in the configurator and send us the result — or send your existing housing tag and we identify the fit.

R+F supplies both the housing and the matching high-flow filter elements, so the sealing interface, length and flow are coordinated as one system — one point of contact for the vessel, the cartridges and the replacements. High-flow elements remove particles and suspended solids to protect downstream equipment; they do not remove dissolved substances.
Housing FAQ
Which material should the housing be?
For general water duties 304 / 304L stainless is common; where chlorides, aggressive media or hygienic requirements apply, 316 / 316L is the usual choice. We confirm the grade against your medium, temperature and cleaning regime.
Can you supply housings with PED or ASME documentation?
Yes. Where the duty requires it we supply housings with PED 2014/68/EU (CE) conformity or to ASME VIII, together with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. The required scope is coordinated with the order.
Do I need a standard replacement or a custom housing?
If your housing matches a common OEM model family, a replacement from the model-family pages usually fits directly. If the footprint, connections or material are non-standard — or the original is no longer available — a built-to-spec housing is the route. Both come with matching elements from us.
