Situation
A seawater desalination plant in the Middle East needed corrosion-proof pre-filtration to protect the reverse osmosis membranes from particles and suspended solids.
Solution
25 vertical FRP housings built to ASME for 60" elements, 10 bar design pressure, DN80 side opening. FRP is fully corrosion-resistant in seawater.
