Design & Manufacturing
Custom Filter Elements, Built to Your Specification
We are not a reseller. R+F FilterElements designs and manufactures high-flow filter elements in-house — so when a standard OEM replacement does not exist, we engineer one for your exact housing, medium and operating conditions.

When a Custom Element Makes Sense
No standard replacement exists
Your OEM element has been discontinued, or no compatible cross-reference is on the market.
Non-standard housing or interface
Unusual end-cap geometry, adapter, outer diameter or length that off-the-shelf cartridges do not fit.
Special medium or chemistry
Aggressive solvents, high temperature, or a media/seal combination not offered as a catalog item.
Efficiency or flow optimisation
You need a specific micron rating, higher dirt-holding capacity or lower pressure drop than the OEM part delivers.
How It Works
1. Share your spec
Send the OEM number, a drawing, a data sheet — or simply the old element as a sample.
2. Engineering review
We verify dimensions, media, seals and operating limits and confirm feasibility.
3. Prototype & sample
Where needed we produce a first article for fit and performance validation.
4. Series production
On approval we manufacture in the quantities and intervals you require.
Have a non-standard requirement?
Send us your specification or a sample element — our engineering team will tell you exactly what is possible.
